This one is for businesses that sell products online instead of booking jobs. The shop itself usually isn't the problem. It's the order things were decided in. I work through a written eleven-part system: who's buying and why, then the offer, then the store, then the copy, and only after that the ads and emails. I do all of it myself.

The retainer is priced for smaller stores. Larger stores start with the audit, and anything bigger is quoted in writing before work starts.
